Locsin to lead 2019 ‘Outstanding Negrosanon’ awardees

Eugenio Jose Lacson and Vice Gov. Jeffrey Ferrer, willtake place at the Provincial Capitol Social Hall. Locsin, whose family roots are in Silay City, Negros Occidental, willreceive the award for Public Service. It will be part of the province’scommemoration of the Cinco de Noviembre as the day the Negrenses bluffed theSpaniards to gain freedom in 1898. BACOLOD City – Foreign Affairs secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr. will leadthis year’s Outstanding Negrosanon awardees.  The program will include the tableaupresentation of “The First Bloodless Revolution” by the Kanlaon Theatre Guildof the Colegio San Agustin Bacolod.
