The team closes out their home schedule against Wichita State (April 14) and Valparaiso (April 14). The Bulldogs begin the season with a trio of match on opening weekend. Drake hosts 2017 Ohio Valley Conference champions Tennessee Tech on Jan 19 and then Northern Illinois and Western Michigan for a doubleheader on Jan. 20. After the trip to Omaha, the Bulldogs have a seven-match home stand, featuring in-state foe Iowa (Feb. 9), Pac-12’s Arizona (Feb. 10) and Summit League foes South Dakota State (Feb.), IUPUI (Feb. 10) and Denver (Feb. 18). The Bulldog return the Roger Knapp Tennis Center to open the month of February against Michigan State (Feb. 2) and New Mexico (Feb. 4). Drake begins Summit League play at Omaha (Feb. 4). Drake will once again participate in the ITA Kick-Off Weekend and will square off against North Carolina (Jan. 27) on the first day of the event.
