The filing indicates that there were five participants in the round and the total offering is for $5M. Gencove was founded by Joe Pickrell, Kaja Wasik, and Tomaz Berisa in 2015 and has previously raised $1M from investors that include SV Angel, Version One Ventures, Third Kind Venture Capital, Refactor Capital, Balaji S.
